Shipment Confirmation
- According to our shipping policy, a confirmation of the order will be sent to the customer via email once payment has been received.
Order Tracking
- After we dispatch the order and offer a tracking number, it is the customer’s responsibility to track their order with the courier service.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to get in touch with the courier company. Therefore, if the order is put on hold by the courier service for any reason or if the service tries to deliver the order when the customer is not at home.
Damages

Once you get the tracking number, we advise you to contact the courier again. However, we won’t be held liable if the courier provider damages the package after several failed delivery attempts at the specified address.
Bulk Order Delivery
- We can merge several orders that you have placed and are sending to the same address into a single shipment of our own choice to save time and money.

We are unable to reschedule the delivery to a new address once your product has been shipped. Moreover, to take additional action or find a solution, the buyer must get in touch with the relevant courier service.
