Leather Trends ships worldwide via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPSTo put your mind at ease, we have outlined all the details about shipment and order delivery in our shipping policy.

  • Within three to four business days, we try our best to complete all orders. Weekends and holidays are not considered shipping or delivery days.
  • Web orders are shipped for free to the USA. We don’t deliver to P.O. Boxes, specific army bases, hotels, or freight forwarders.
  • Please be careful when submitting your shipping details during the checkout process.
  • We send items in mailer bags that are carefully sealed to keep the cost of shipping internationally low, which means the price is lower for our customers.
  • Please don’t use sharp objects that cut deeply when you open our packages. This could cause damage.

Shipment and Delivery

  • Shipments of high-quality, custom-made items may take 2-3 weeks.
  • Occasionally, there may be setbacks due to changes in manufacturing, material acquisition, or delays caused by other parties.
  • For our handmade approach, shipping is typically considerably faster.  Although it varies on material availability, backlog, and other considerations.
  • The availability of materials, special orders, and limited edition releases can all affect the estimated delivery dates.
  • Customers must notify us of any near deadlines to ensure quick delivery.

Seasonal Change: There may be an extra one to two weeks of delay due to production changes and peak season. Please get in touch with us with deadlines, or place your order well in advance if you have a tight deadline. We will work through this.

General Terms

Our goal is to get jackets to customers as quickly as possible, and we have dedicated staff members working on this.

  • Depending on the level of customization and the number of specialists needed, timeline of delivery may vary. Just keep that in mind when you place your order, custom design orders can take 3 to 4 weeks to deliver.
  • Due to the time required to manufacture and release pre-ordered items or bespoke designs, we cannot provide an estimated delivery date.
  • We will make every effort to ship items together. Because everything needs to be handcrafted first, large orders could take a little longer to prepare.
  • If the recipient’s address changes, the package may need to be rerouted, which adds time to the delivery process.
  • There can be an extra shipping charge for more remote locations.
  • Please be informed that there may be additional delivery charges if your address is in a rural area or outside. According to our shipping policy,  service area will be charged differently.
  • There is no expected delivery time for pre-ordered new items or bespoke designs because they must be created on timely basis.
  • Some designs are considered special requests, and it may take us longer to get them to you because of processing times.

Remember that we make each jacket by hand according to your specifications. Due to every jacket from Leather Trends is meticulously handmade, you could notice a little different shade, fabric, and/or stitching from one to the next.

Stranded Shipments

Suppose a customer refuses delivery or doesn’t pick up their package, and the item is lost, destroyed, or dismissed because of their carelessness, or returned to the sender. In that case, the customer is responsible, and a replacement will not be sent for free.

  • Leather Trends support team will send you tracking information by text or email. you can Track Your Order  status on our website.
  • We will do our best to get in touch with you if there are any problems with the delivery of your package.
  • Leather Trends will not be responsible for the mailing address you give them or the safety of that address on the property.

Made-to-Measure Options

  • A special tailor is needed to make a body for your pattern when you want bespoke tailoring.
  • The average time for custom work is 4 to 5 weeks, depending on the season. Because of the nature of the service, updates for it aren’t as predictable.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable for standard orders once the package has been sent.
  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process according to your country.
  • Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico might not be eligible for free shipping.
  • According to Leather Trends shipping policy, we can ask for more money for places far away.
  • Our shipping prices may vary because shipping companies’ prices are increasing.
