Return Policy

  • You can return any item in its original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • If the items do not match the items requested or listed on the delivery note, please let us know within 7 business days if you receive damaged items during shipment. In the absence of such notices, the customer is considered to have accepted the items as satisfactory.
  • After all, no returns will be accepted for leather that has been worn, cut, or damaged in any way by the buyer.
  • Above all, it is essential to wrap the leather in the same way before repackaging it. However, if it was shipped to the customer with the grain or finished side on the outside, otherwise, the customer will not be able to get their money back.

Exchange

  • We understand from years of experience that most of the orders are returned due to wrong size selection from the customers. Therefore, we always assist our customers in making the right size selection to prevent these errors. Until they reach us, you are responsible for the cost and security of the items.
  • Please be aware that we make your jacket at a premium cost when you order it. However, most returns we receive are simply the result of using the wrong measurements. Therefore, we encourage you to take your time and follow our size guide for appropriate measurements.
  • Accurately measure yourself when selecting the appropriate outfits type. Because, it costs us a lot when we receive a return. Cancellation

  • If you want to cancel your order and receive a full refund within three days of placing your order, please email us at support@leather-trends.com.
  • Please note this if, after three days, you decide to cancel your order, which has already been made in our production department or sent to you.
  • If the order has already shipped, we will deduct 25% from the order total and the delivery costs. For us to execute your refund, you must return the products (if they were shipped).

Exceptions and non-Returnable items

In summary, refunds are only available for items marked down from their regular price. Also, items that were customized or were on sale cannot be returned.
