General Policy For Refund and Exchange
We aim to make sure a positive customer experience. Our refund and exchange policy is established for 30 days after delivery. Almost everything can be returned or exchanged for a full refund or exchange within 30 days after delivery.
Please read all of the below before purchasing a Leather Trend’s Jacket
- If you seek an order cancellation within three days of receiving your order confirmation, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price.
- A 25% charge from the order price will be made if you request an order cancellation more than 3 days after order confirmation.
- If you ordered the incorrect size, you must return it at your own expense to receive a full refund.
- Before placing an order on our website, please review the size chart.
- You must report any issues by sending us a photo of the defective item within seven days of receiving the product.
- We will entertain all refunds and exchange items within 30 days limit.
- After seven days, you cannot make your request for any return or exchange.
- The shipping charges might only be refunded if a defective item is delivered.
- The returned item must be new, unworn, wrinkle-free, undamaged (both the sole and the upper shouldn’t have any scratches), and can be sold in shape.
- Your return will be processed within 7 working days after we receive it and inspect it.
- Orders of standard sizes may be exchanged or returned for a full refund.
- If a return or refund does not adhere to these guidelines, we reserve the right to refuse it.
Order Cancellation
- If you want to cancel your order and receive a full refund within three days of placing your order, please email us at support@leather-trends.com.
- Please note this if, after three days, you decide to cancel your order, which has already been made in our production department or sent to you.
- If the order has already shipped, we will deduct 25% from the order total and the delivery costs. For us to execute your refund, you must return the products (if they were shipped).
Exchange/Return Due to Sizing
- We understand from years of experience that most of the orders are returned due to wrong size selection from the customers. Therefore, we always assist our customers in making the right size selection to prevent these errors. Until they reach us, you are responsible for the cost and security of the items.
- Please be aware that we make your jacket at a premium cost when you order it. However, most returns we receive are simply the result of using the wrong measurements. Therefore, we encourage you to take your time and follow our size guide for appropriate measurements.
- Accurately measure yourself when selecting the appropriate leather jacket type. Because, it costs us a lot when we receive a return. After you place your order, we will assist you with this procedure via email. Please take your time; it will be worth it to get a Leather Trends, which will bring you years of happiness.

Return Policy
- You can email, use WhatsApp, live chat, or submit the refund form mentioned on the website.
- Our team will look into your concern and determine whether the product qualifies for a return, refund, or exchange under the terms stated above.
- We will give you the return address after it has been confirmed. Although we offer free delivery to our customers, it is not free for us.
- Thus if there is a return, the buyer will be responsible for paying the shipment as well as the earlier postage costs that we paid.
Return/Refund Policy for Custom Orders
We do not accept returns in exchange for payments. Please note that your unique order was made just for you. We won’t likely sell it to anybody else. We will customize every aspect, including style, material, and accessories, to your preferences.
